Lucid Linx provides technical assistance and project management for development projects in the public sector through a well-established network of local and international experts who specialise in different professional areas related to the EU integration and wider reform processes. We deliver a variety of public sector development services, ranging from planning, design and implementation, to evaluation of public sector reform projects. We initiate policy reforms to improve governance, public service cost effectiveness and accountability. We work to establish a reform framework which links strategic objectives of our clients with relevant sectoral strategies, as well as their performance and human resources management at the institutional level. Thus we are able to maximise benefits for both public sector institutions and citizens. We draw on our earlier experiences to design tailor made approaches and methodologies suitable for local environment and its specific circumstances.
