Who we are
Lucid Linx is a management consulting company gathering an interdisciplinary team of Bosnian and Herzegovinian and international professionals and bringing together academic qualifications and professional experience from Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad. Our team possesses in-depth knowledge of the challenging legal, political, administrative and business conditions in Bosnia and Herzegovina and wider. Its key strengths include the ability to adapt tailor-made solutions which fit the local needs and beneficiaries best, perform complex set of data analyses, develop evidence-based solutions and adapt international practices to the given environments.
We work across the public sector with stakeholders from international organisations, donor agencies, government institutions and members of civil society. Lucid Linx provides support to our clients in identifying their goals and objectives, performing analyses, developing realistic strategies and implementation plans, implementing effective solutions that ensure sustainable results and performing monitoring and evaluation services of the implemented solutions. Since its establishment, Lucid Linx has worked on dozens of projects in the sectors of rule of law, justice, anti-corruption and EU integration.

Sead Traljić
Director
Sead brings over 25 years of professional experience in driving public sector reform initiatives in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a particular focus on governance, justice, and security sectors. Since 2008, he has served as the Director of Lucid Linx, where he oversees all projects and provides expert consultancy services on various development initiatives. His expertise spans institutional capacity building, policy development, quality management standards and strategic planning.
Sead is highly skilled in delivering programs on strategic management, strategy and policy development, and fostering leadership in policy formulation. He specializes in facilitating and coordinating strategic visioning and dialogue across managerial and political boundaries. Additionally, he promotes organizational and inter-organizational learning within public services and spearheads culture change initiatives.
Over the years, Sead has collaborated with numerous key international donors in Bosnia and Herzegovina, including the European Commission, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the Department for International Development (DFID), and others.
Before joining Lucid Linx, Sead was the Country Programme Manager for five years on the UK Government’s largest justice sector project in the North-Western Balkans. This project, implemented by a consortium led by Atos Consulting (UK), earned the prestigious MCA Gold Award for Best International Project in London in 2007. Sead also contributed as a short-term expert on several UK Government projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina, focusing on justice and security reforms.
Earlier in his career, Sead was part of the Office of the High Representative team, where he served as an expert in constitutional law. He also supported state-level institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina through projects funded by the European Commission, further solidifying his reputation as a trusted expert in public sector reform and development.

Nina Karađinović
Principal Consultant/Partner
Nina is a Rule of Law Consultant with more than 20 years of professional experience delivering technical assistance to institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina through internationally funded projects and programmes. Nina specializes in criminal justice reforms and delivers criminal justice policy analysis, supports development of instruments for criminal justice data collection and analysis, and advises on criminal justice policy development, whilst integrating principles of ethics, integrity, and gender equality. In this capacity, Nina has provided support to the BiH High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council, the BiH Security Ministry, ministries of justice and interior in BiH, as well as law enforcement agencies, courts and the prosecution service, and detention and correctional facilities, to effect policy, institutional, and organisational changes in line with principles of good governance and international standards.
Nina has worked with the key donors in Bosnia and Herzegovina, including the European Commission, United States Agency for International Development, Canadian International Development Agency, Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, and UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office, on a wide range of police, judicial and prison sector reforms. She has also worked with UN agencies, including UN Women, UNICEF, UNDP, UNFPA, largely on juvenile justice issues, gender equality promotion and combatting gender-based violence, and evaluations of UN projects and programmes.
Nina holds an MA degree in European Studies (EU Justice and Home Affairs) from the University of Sarajevo/University of Bologna/London School of Economics, and an MSc degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Leicester.

Dejana Grbić-Velagić
Senior Consultant
Dejana is an experienced professional with 20 years of experience working on design, implementation, coordination and management of donor-funded projects, development and deployment of communication and PR policies, developing project documents and reports. In these roles, she worked with some of key donors in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Western Balkans, including the European Union, UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office and Austrian Development Agency.
She has a significant experience derived from a decade-long engagement in organizational assessment, planning and development, rooted in her application of the Common Assessment Framework within the public sector. Her experience encompasses design and delivery of dozens training sessions and workshops, with a specific focus on conflict resolution, communication, and nurturing of soft skills.
Dejana also has an in-depth knowledge of the B&H justice system, as well as extensive experience in development and implementation of ICT solutions in the B&H judiciary. Moreover, she has a regional cooperation experience in Southeast Europe in the area of prevention and fight against corruption. She also has a notable experience in working with the civil society organisations in Bosnia and Herzegovina on human rights and gender equality.
Dejana holds a Master’s degree in State and Non-government Organisations’ Management and a Degree in Informatics and Computer Science from the University of Sarajevo. Dejana additionally distinguishes herself as a Gestalt Psychotherapist, adding a unique integrative dimension to her skill set.

Sunčica Đukanović
Junior Consultant
Sunčica has more than 7 years of professional experience in non-governmental and international organizations in the civic engagement sector, providing technical assistance in human rights and peace education processes in Bosnia and Herzegovina and managing technical assistance projects in roles including project coordinator, trainer, and facilitator in BiH and abroad.
Sunčica has collaborated with numerous organizations, including the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), Catholic Relief Services (CRS), Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO), International Organization for Migration (IOM) including a number of United Nations (UN) agencies.
Sunčica is a part of Lucid Linx since 2022. She works as a young emerging evaluator on the delivery of projects supported and implemented by various organizations including UNDP, UNFPA, UN Women, IOM, the Government of Sweden.
Before joining Lucid Linx, she gained abundant experience in peace education and interethnic and religious dialogue, intercultural cooperation, supporting marginalized groups in local integration of displaced persons, as well as public information, research, and advocacy campaigns.
Sunčica holds Master’s degree in Security and Peace Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the University of Sarajevo’s Faculty of Political Science, complemented by the International Security and Development program – ISAD, from Center for International Studies and Development at Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Sunčica has also completed a number of academic programs for young professionals in Europe and Northern America.
She authored research papers on social cohesion, gender equality and other topics published by international organisations in BiH including the UN, OSCE BiH, Kvinna Till Kvinna Foundation, BiH CSOs.

Mustafa Mujkić
Consultant
Mustafa is a consultant at Lucid Linx, bringing extensive multi-sector experience in managing complex projects across local, regional, and international contexts. His expertise spans over diverse thematic areas, including governance, development, and institutional reform. As a project manager, Mustafa successfully led projects financed by the Delegation of the European Union and GIZ in Bosnia and Herzegovina. His portfolio also includes project collaborations with prominent organizations such as ILO, UNDP, IOM, RAI, SHL and UNFPA, reflecting his adeptness in accomplishing impactful partnerships and delivering results in mission-critical settings.
Throughout his career, Mustafa has cultivated strong cooperative relationships with institutions at the local, entity, and state levels in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as with counterparts in the broader Western Balkan region and the European Union. His work underscores a commitment to strengthening institutional capacities and driving sustainable development outcomes. Furthermore, he had the opportunity to lead several service-contract projects with prominent global companies from the corporate world.
Mustafa’s academic credentials further reinforce his expertise. As a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Political Science, he holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Political Science, specializing in state governance and management. His academic contributions include serving as a teaching associate for Methodology and Methodology of Empirical Research courses at alma mater, as well as several published political theory scientific papers, novels and other publications.

Aiša Čorbo
Consultant
Aiša has more than 6 years of experience supporting administrative and financial operations, playing a key role in enhancing organizational efficiency across various sectors. She has worked in both diplomatic institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina and corporate companies in BiH and abroad, gaining a broad understanding of diverse work environments. With a background in traffic and communication engineering, Aiša has worked in the logistics and transport industries, where she gained valuable insights into managing complex operations, particularly in high-pressure situations.
In her current role as Finance and Administration Assistant at Lucid Linx, Aiša combines her administrative expertise with her financial knowledge. She is proficient in managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and maintaining meticulous financial records. Aiša’s dedication to optimizing efficiency and ensuring seamless operations makes her an essential member of the team, continually contributing to the organization’s success and growth.

Vladimir Čubak
Office Manager
Vladimir is a skilled administrator and logistician with over 20 years of experience in both international and domestic organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise in logistics coordination, procurement, financial processing, and administrative support.
As a Logistics and Payment Officer at ITI Computers d.o.o. Sarajevo since 2007, he has managed inventory, vendor relations, and financial reporting, ensuring seamless operations. His previous roles at Atos Origin and GTZ further highlight his versatility, from office administration to transportation management. Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive, Vladimir combines strong communication skills with technical competence. His background in medical training adds to his problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic work environments.
With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, Vladimir also distinguishes himself as a photographer with extensive portfolio, while he excels in optimizing logistical processes, fostering efficiency, and maintaining strong professional relationships.

Lucid Linx is a consultancy company with more than 15 years’ long tradition implementing development projects in various segments of the public sector, most notably justice, security, governance, and gender equality. Lucid Linx has successfully implemented more than 90 different projects, growing in complexity and size over the years. We support government ministries, institutions and other public sector bodies at national and subnational levels by delivering technical assistance and helping these institutions implement vital reforms.
Our project delivery integrates a broad range of technical assistance services and development of management and learning tools, as required by clients and beneficiaries.
